Executive Director

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France, Chef Sharon Van Meter brings over thirty years of culinary experiences to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Chef Van Meter has served the culinary world as Executive Chef at the Ritz Carlton, Chicago and International, Professor of American Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France, Neiman Marcus, Dallas Texas and recently was Director of New Projects Development for FOOD Network TV.
