Milestone Culinary Arts Center (MCAC) features a variety of culinary experiences; team building events, catered parties, private events, and basic and advanced cooking classes.
Our motto is simple: Enjoy life, one bite at a time. We believe that no matter how stressful and chaotic life may become, there is always joy to be found in good food shared with good people. We aim to gather friends, family, and coworkers to enjoy conversation, celebrate important dates, and perhaps even engage in some friendly competition while delving into a delicious meal prepared by our talented chefs.

| A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France, Chef Sharon Van Meter brings over thirty years of culinary experiences to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Chef Van Meter has served the culinary world as Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton, Chicago and International, Professor of American Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France, Executive Chef, Neiman Marcus, Dallas, Texas, and Director of New Projects Development for FOOD Network TV. In 2009, Chef Van Meter became the first female President of the American Culinary Federation's Texas Chefs Association—Dallas Chapter, a position that she still holds today. Read
